These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.luminelab.pt and the provision of the electrical services offered by LumineLab.
2. Purpose
LumineLab provides electrical services, namely electrical installations, switchboards, lighting, home automation, electric-vehicle charging, fault finding and repair, and maintenance, in the area of Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril and surrounding zones.
The information on this website is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
3. Quotes and prices
- Requests made through the website are not a confirmed booking, but a request for contact or a quote.
- Quotes are free and without obligation, valid for the period stated in them or, where none is stated, for 30 days.
- Any additional work not foreseen in the quote will be communicated and requires the client’s prior approval.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you wish to change or cancel a booking, we kindly ask you to contact us as far in advance as possible.
5. Payments
The amount and payment terms are agreed in advance with the client and stated in the quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.
6. Warranty
The work carried out benefits from the warranties legally applicable under consumer law. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, third-party interventions or normal wear of materials.
7. Liability
LumineLab undertakes to carry out the services with professional diligence and care. We are not liable for damage resulting from defective pre-existing installations, incorrect information provided by the client, or causes beyond our intervention.
The content of this website is provided “as is”, and LumineLab does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or access interruptions.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, trademarks and logos — is the property of LumineLab or used under licence, and is protected by applicable law. Its reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data collected through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity, under Portuguese Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, with express waiver of any other, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

LumineLab reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the date of use.
